Implemented SDLC and information security policies and procedures, assisting Level in obtaining SOC 1 certification. Architected a custom document management tool using Salesforce LWC and AWS technologies, eliminating dependencies on 3rd party vendors.

Managed the technology team covering network engineering, development, support, and information security. Worked hands-on in developing FPF's custom LOS and mortgage banking platforms. Migrated all employees to the Encompass platform and converted all operations from paper to electronic loan files, significantly reducing overhead and costs.
